Bollywood actor Ali Fazal has returned from paternity leave to resume shooting for two upcoming projects, Lahore 1947 and Thug Life. Fazal and his wife, actress Richa Chadha, welcomed their first child in October 2023.
Fazal Resumes Filming Schedule
Fazal is expected to join the sets of Lahore 1947 soon. The film is a historical drama set against the backdrop of the partition of India and Pakistan in 1947. Fazal will play the role of a young man who is caught in the conflict between the two countries.
Fazal will also resume filming for Thug Life, a black comedy about a group of con artists. The film stars Fazal alongside Sanjay Dutt and Riteish Deshmukh. Fazal will play the role of a con artist who is trying to make a quick buck.
